Run the exe, select the a profile folder if it's not automatically detected, press next. It should be that simple. You do need to be in Japanese locale to play this game. Applocale may not be enough. Visit the error report thread or #Ammy@irc.rizon.net if you need further assistance.

We have included an option in the installer to remove h-scenes. The exact locations the game jumps to and from (if you enable this option) were carefully chosen to ensure that the transition is reasonably smooth, it remains obvious that sex took place, and the most interesting dialogue at the beginning and end of the h-scenes are preserved.
